Privacy policy

This explains what Apex SAT (“we”) collects when you use Apex SAT, and what we do with it. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Your email address and display name.
• Your password, stored only as a hash. We can't read it.
• Your learning progress: which skills you've practiced and mastered, your answers, and your review schedule.
• Purchase details. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep Stripe's customer id and the date you paid.

How we use it

To run the course, save your progress, process purchases, and handle score-guarantee claims. That's all. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

No ad trackers

Apex SAT doesn't use advertising or third-party analytics trackers. Fonts are bundled with the site, not loaded from a third party while you browse.

Where it's stored

Account and progress data is stored with Supabase (our database host). The site itself is hosted on Vercel. Card payments are processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. We don't set marketing or tracking cookies. Stripe may set its own cookies on its checkout page.

Children

Apex SAT is not for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to our Terms and make the purchase.

Deleting your data

To have your account and data deleted, reply to your purchase receipt email from the email address on your account. Deleting your account ends your access. We may keep a record of a purchase where the law requires it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. If we ever start collecting something new that matters, we'll say so here first.
