Who we are and what you're agreeing to

Apex SAT is an online SAT practice course run by Apex SAT (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying access, you agree to these terms, our Score guarantee and refund policy and our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Apex SAT.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and make the purchase on your behalf.

Your account

Keep your email and password safe. An account is for one student only, so please don't share it or let anyone else sign in with it. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Purchase and access

Full access is a one-time payment of $499 USD, processed by Stripe. It gives you access for 12 months from purchase. It does not renew automatically.

Score guarantee

If you buy full access and don't score 1500+ on the official SAT, we refund the full purchase price, provided the conditions in our refund policy are met. That page is the full guarantee and it governs. Outside the guarantee, purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• copy, resell, scrape or redistribute our questions, explanations or other content;
• share your access or use an account that isn't yours;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the service; or
• use the service for anything unlawful.

Content and trademarks

The course materials, software and design are ours (or our licensors') and are protected by law. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own SAT preparation while you have access.

Official College Board questions are shown from the College Board's own published PDFs and remain the College Board's property. SAT® is a trademark registered by the College Board, which is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, this product.

No other guarantee of results

Apart from the score guarantee, we don't promise any particular score or outcome. Results depend on many things, including the effort you put in.

Disclaimers

Apex SAT is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we don't promise it will be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim related to Apex SAT is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

Ending your access

You can stop using Apex SAT at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date above. If you keep using Apex SAT after a change, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
